South Korea's central bank raised its 2026 surplus forecast 80% mid-year to $450bn after a record $42.08bn July print, as chip exports surge and the won hits a 14-month high. India, Vietnam, the Philippines and Brazil are running different sides of the same dollar and AI-capex cycle.
